The products offered are those described on sorayaparis.com. Descriptions, images and prices are provided for information purposes and may change at any time without notice. Products are offered while supplies last.
3. Prices
Prices are displayed in US dollars ($), or in your local currency where available. Any applicable taxes and duties are shown at checkout. The final currency and amount are confirmed at checkout; depending on your payment method, your bank may apply its own conversion fees. AKRISE LLC reserves the right to change its prices at any time; this does not affect orders already confirmed.
4. Orders
Placing an order on this site implies acceptance of these Terms. AKRISE LLC reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in the event of a prior dispute, suspected fraud or inaccurate information.
5. Payment
Payment is due immediately upon ordering. Payments are secure and processed through Shopify Payments, PayPal and Airwallex (Klarna and local payment methods depending on your country).
6. Delivery

- Estimated delivery time: 6 to 12 business days

7. Returns and right of withdrawal
You have 30 days after delivery of your order to return a product and request a refund. Where applicable law grants you a right of withdrawal (for example, customers in the European Union, Switzerland or the United Kingdom), this period includes the 14-day statutory withdrawal period. 8. Liability
AKRISE LLC cannot be held liable for indirect damages resulting from the use of the site or the products sold. In any event, AKRISE LLC's liability is limited to the amount of the order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under mandatory consumer protection laws.

All content on sorayaparis.com (text, images, logos, visuals, etc.) is the exclusive property of AKRISE LLC. Any unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

11. Governing law and disputes
These Terms of Sale are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming (USA). If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, Switzerland or the United Kingdom, you also benefit from the mandatory consumer protection provisions of your country of residence. In the event of a dispute, an amicable solution will be sought first, before any legal action.
12. Deferred delivery
The sale is a contract with deferred delivery: the product is acquired once the order is confirmed and paid. We do not physically hold the product at the time of the order; we work with partner suppliers who handle sourcing and shipping to the address provided. Processing and shipping take place on average within 24 to 72 hours after the order is confirmed.
